Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened products. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

Please note: Refunds are not available for any vaping products.

 

Exchanges/Returns Process:

  2. Email Subject: Use the title "Exchange/Return Request" and include proof of purchase along with all relevant details.
  3. Provide Evidence: We may request photos or videos of the product for review.
  4. Approval: Once your exchange or return is approved, clearly label your order number on the exterior of the package and send it to:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. The email will confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
